Transaction records: during a closing we receive and hold documents needed to complete it, which may include identification, title and registration records, lien and payoff information, and executed closing documents.
Usage information: like most websites, we may use analytics tools that collect standard technical information — pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location — to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
To respond to you, open and complete your transaction, communicate with the parties to it (buyer, seller, brokers, lenders and government agencies as required), meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, and operate and improve this website. We may contact you by phone, email or text message about your transaction.
What we don’t do

We share information only as needed to complete your transaction (for example with the other parties, their brokers, lenders, escrow and legal professionals, and registration authorities), with service providers that help us operate this website and our communications, or when required by law.

If you provide your mobile number, we may text you about your transaction from (410) 310-7366. Messaging terms are described in our SMS Terms. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of doing business with us, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Data retention & security
We keep transaction and contact records as long as reasonably needed for business, tax, regulatory and legal purposes, and we take reasonable measures to protect them.
